• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days after payment verification. Custom - designed rings may take an additional 5 - 7 business days for production before shipping.

• International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's customs authority. • No Refunds for Customs Fees: Gasasset is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, and we cannot issue refunds for these charges.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: Shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, customs inspections, or carrier - specific issues. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• Contact Us: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service at service@gasasset.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.

• Lost Shipments: If your order is lost during transit, please contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

• Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
